"After hitting a wall of frustration while trying to learn how to cast a fly rod, a friend told me to reach out to Chris for some casting pointers. We met at a soccer field where he walked me through tying some basic knots as well as how to cast. It didn't stop there, to make the experience better, we headed out into the river on his well equipped and very spacious boat for a couple of hours to practice on the water. Chris is very knowledgeable about fly fishing as well as light tackle striped bass fishing. He stayed patient with me and even though we didn't catch a fish, I learned A LOT. I would definitely book again and recommend Tide Charters 110% to anyone who wants to get out on the river and catch fish!"
