"I have a 100 year old house and needed a gutter made… a special curved gutter. Every gutter company I contacted either refused to accept the project or when they did, said they had to piece it together. I googled every search term I could come up with and then found a utube of Riverside showing how these gutters are made. I called and worked with Leo Duarte and he guided me through the process. I am in North Carolina. Leo is in Massachusetts so he couldn’t just swing by. Measurements had to be precise. That was hard. 4 men equaled 4 different measurements. Thank God for David Kenny (works with Penske making race cars) who measured, remeasured and measured again and answered the myriad of questions about those measurements. Leo got it done. I would hug him so hard if I could. My gutter is beautiful! Thank you Leo and everyone else who made my house “fancy like”!"

"Rude. Called to ask if they could fabricate a metal plate for a sink for me. Was told they would need a drawing. I said it was a unique shape and could not really make a drawing - could I bring the sink in? He said yes ok fine. When I called to come on in and schedule a time, he said “Yeah that’s fine but I don’t know why you can’t just make a drawing.” So if you want a custom metal piece, not the place for you. Unless you can draw specs for them."
