They set a timeline and kept to it - showing up every time they said they would - and even adjusting their work around our toddlers nap schedule when she was home unexpectedly during the day. They were extremely personable and easy to communicate with and we’ve already recommended them to a few folks we know. We definitely know we’ll be using Dimitri and his team for all our future projects."

"Dimitry from YD construction built a full bathroom from the ground up in my home. I would recommend work with him and his company. In fact, we already had some work planned for 2024 and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to him again. The bathroom turned out beautiful, with vibrant color contrast, the tilework looks professional, the plumbing was well done in our space. The photos don't do enough justice to show how beautiful the blue tile is and the warm contrast between blue tile and yellow paint. The price was affordable, and the work was high quality and high value. I'm talking prices that were half of those dedicated bath remodel companies with design rooms. He worked through challenges with us, such as how to fit the shelving for towels, how to best fit the toilet in the small space. Dimitry was communicative, letting me know when plumbing, electrical, framing contractors would be there as well as the inspections. Dimitry was transparent on the timing and how things would go. He indicated that framing and roughing in plumbing would go quickly and then would need to wait for inspection milestones before going again. Dimitry really put in extra effort and a nice touch. He was sweet to my kids every time he came by. He worked with my wife and I on design choices, even when we had some extra requests along the way. All the while, he never raised his price. For the things I wish had gone better (I still rate the review a 5 star, and I would still work with YD construction again without hesitation): - The project did take longer than I was expecting, even with the extra communication. It took about 3 months to complete the bathroom (brand new bath install). He managed a few contract workers, so the timing was still reasonable. - I had to request cleanup, there were areas that the debris (like sawdust or wiring scraps) that were left around that I had to cleanup."

"I contracted with Dmitry and his crew to turn our vision into reality. Our 50’s ranch had three small bedrooms that Dmitri turned into two spacious rooms and a wonderful modern bathroom with a barrier free shower, all ADA compliant. He took care of demo, moved windows, eliminated doors, installed all new tile, plaster walls, laminate flooring, cleaned up, etc. As we are on a slab, he had to cut concrete and install all plumbing from the ground up. Bringing plumbing up to code required creative solutions, which Dmitri supplied. The electric was updated and everything painted, all 100% IRC building code compliant.
