"We had two bathrooms that we needed updating after we had new showers and tub put in by another company. We needed tile floor installed as well as a new vanity in one bathroom and new faucet, medicine cabinet and a fan done in the other bathroom as well as painting and new lighting installed in both bathrooms. New Tile realized our ceiling in one of the bathrooms was in bad shape and also took care of installing new sheet rock for a reasonable cost. It took them 4 days to do all of that and they installed all the little things like towel holders. They even came back a couple days later to fix one light and touch up a few things. In addition we tried to put up a window shade ourselves and had trouble and they sent someone the next day to install it for us after they were already done with the project. We love our new bathrooms and it’s better than I could have imagined. New Tile was wonderful to work with and we will definitely use them again in the future!"
"These people were supposed to replace our kitchen floor in our lake house while we were away on our honeymoon. My father caught their workers throwing parties and using all of our available facilities while we were away. It would appear that these people invited extended family members to come over. My father took photos of bucket of beer and booze in our basement pool room. They left wrack of ribs out downstairs with empty bottles strewn about the house. There was empty Corona bottles in the kitchen they were supposed to be working on along with a whiskey bottle. My wife's piano was broken into. Our belongings were all touched and moved around. Hard to tell if anything was stolen, but we were clearly violated. Antique chess sets taken apart and pieces left around. We founds children's toys that weren't ours, and sports goods that were ours left out by the beach. They had bon fires on our beach that people could see across the lake. Many of the items in our master bathroom were moved around. There were new toothbrushes in the holders next to ours when we got back. We have never felt more disgusted in our own home as a result. The house is still a construction sight because these people were hired as subcontractors and the main contractor is afraid to let them back on the job, because of what they have done. The site manager from the New Tile Corp, Bruno, has responded to my outrage with a letter promising that no alcohol was consumed while they were working. (See letter attached and note the fictional contact information at the bottom of the page). I will will seeking criminal charges and contacting their licensing authority. (I have never met this Bruno or his crew)"
