"Came to this restaurant with high hopes based on the reviews. I received my food & it was raw & I felt extremely sick after one bite. I asked the waitress is there any way I can have this removed from the bill because I did not like the food. She stated that since there was nothing wrong with it I could not & I couldn’t swap it for anything else on the menu. I politely asked for a Manager. The manager came & was upset that the fact that I even asked to have it taken off the check. She did remove it but charged me for a salad that came with the meal.. I paid it just so I could leave the restaurant. I will never come back here again. If I could give zero stars I would. Poor customer service"

"Well, first time ordering here, I ask for my burger to be medium rare, it’s completely cooked through. Also but into a lovely surprise. A twisty tie. I was about to be fine about the twisty tie, but then the burger being cooked the way I wanted, really upsetting."
