Olive Garden Italian Restaurant 178 Wolf Road, Colonie, NY 12205

"I went there for lunch on 1/20/24, while in town for a conference across the street at the Marriott. We had an hour and a half for a lunch break between sessions. We were a party of 9, so we decided to make thing easy and 6 of us ordered soup and salad. We had to wait for our drinks and we all waited an exceptionally long time for soup. We asked for another basket of breadsticks that finally came after we were done eating (too late), we had to wait too long to get our bills and rather than wait for her to bring change back for our bills, we all paid close to what was due just to get out of there. All 9 of us were late for our sessions and we missed out on an hour's worth of training. The manager came by twice, but she didn't do anything to expedite our visit. The 6 of us were very disappointed with our dining experience and our instructors weren't very happy with us because of it. There is no reason soup and salad should take that long. Very disappointing."

"Believe it or not, I’d never eaten at an Olive Garden before. This was my first time. I finally tried it. I had an excellent first experience. The food was overall excellent, but what made it special was the excellent service by the server Laura who was excellent in every way. The general manager was excellent as well who checked on me a couple of times and was very welcoming. -I was sat down right away. -My food came timely. -Refills came faster than I could ask for them. -Food was excellent. -The place was very quiet. -Good parking. Took a few photos to document what I ordered. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend this location."

"I’ve been here a few times and always get great Service and My last visit was the best. I believe my servers name was Claire. She was very welcoming, and accommodating. This was also the first time that the manager walked around and greeted everybody to make sure we were enjoying our meal, so I really appreciated that. The food is always consistent."

"Our server, Ashanti R. was extremely attentive and we even tipped her more than 20 percent because of her hospitality. When I go to a restaurant, I want to feel as though it is not necessary to try so hard to be perfect and be myself. The entire group I had was at ease because this is an Activities Club. We are definitely going to come back here again and again! There is a deal in which we may get either unlimited salad and soup and breadsticks for the price of an entree. I ordered Shrimp Scampi and it was the most perfect portion I could have asked for considering it was filling but not so much that I had to waste it or take it home in a container. That says it all…!"
