"Horrible experience. Driver drove 15-20 mph under the speed limit causing us to be late for an event. It started raining and the the water was coming into the bus through the window and roof vents. We were told the tv worked for entertainment on the trip and cost extra, nothing worked. The toilets didn’t flush half the time. Driver wouldn’t turn the air on the it was HOT and stuffy. Highly recommended you find another company to use."
"Your bus turned left from the center lane in front of heavy traffic across a red light onto Brookline a half hour before the August 9th Fenway game and then let people out blocking traffic even as the police tried to stop him. Horrible, illegal and dangerous with passengers."
"When we get on the bus instantly it smells like cigarettes. We open the pockets that are in the seat. There is candy wrappers and looks like ketchup stains. The only thing thats good is the comfortable seats."
