"The sales people in the Simon's Supply showroom were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We had visited in January of 2020 and asked some questions about vanities. Sue, who took care of us, immediately researched the vanity we were interested in as well as other possibilities. When we returned in early March (before the covid-19 lock down!), she was able to bring up a dossier of the information that she had collected on us from our visit in January!! We didn't even know she had done that. She was able to immediately call up the vanity information that we had been interested in. She helped us work through matching fixtures and other components we would need for our bath renovation and new bathroom. Simon's has a nice application that aggregates the various choices for different rooms and presents it on a website. Sue was great!! Very communicative, willing to offer possibilities and give her opinion on different designs, and willing to research alternatives. She really took the time to learn our preferences and offer suggestions based on what we liked. We really enjoyed working with her. She was able to beat the price on a vanity from Supply New England by several hundred dollars. And she kept in good contact with us via email as the pandemic limited in-person interactions. Our experience with Supply New England rated one star whereas our interactions with Sue and Simon's Supply Company rated 5 stars!!!"
