"I called this company the first time a few months ago and spoke to I assume is the receptionist. I let her know I was calling because we were getting ready to launch our product line and needed to speak with the person that handles the Urethane Top Coats they offer and that we would be purchasing in high volume. Well i waited more than a week and never heard back from anyone. Giving them the benefit of the doubt l, thinking maybe the message didn’t get to the right person I called back. Spoke with the same lady and she transferred me directly to the gentlemen. Him and I spoke for more than 30 minutes and he sounded intrigued by what we were doing and we spoke about a couple of products that would work for us. He said he would be sending me product specs and pricing, well I’ve never received anything and not even a telephone call. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Epic just sent a response that they’ve tried calling several times and number is no longer in service. Our business number was changed 11 days ago , this was 3 months ago i first contacted them so nice try!!"
