"Warning Regarding GradCity Bookings I strongly advise caution to those considering using GradCity for travel arrangements. Our recent experience was highly unsatisfactory and raises concerns about potential fraudulent practices. Four months prior to the scheduled trip, we needed to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the response from GradCity, particularly from an employee named McKenzie, was both rude and unhelpful. Despite ample notice, they refused any form of reimbursement. Furthermore, the terms of our all-inclusive package were misleadingly changed post-booking, excluding several previously included items. This situation suggests a lack of integrity and transparency in GradCity's operations. Our FULL payment was unjustly retained. In our dealings with GradCity, we acknowledged the necessity of a cancellation fee and were prepared to pay a reasonable penalty for cancelling our trip four months in advance. However, the complete forfeiture of our payment, without clear justification, raises serious questions about the company's financial practices. This lack of transparency and fairness in handling GradCity's only solution was to find another new customer to take over the booking, which is impractical and unfair. Further Concerns with GradCity's Booking Policy cancellations leads us to feel unfairly treated and financially exploited. We strongly urge potential customers to consider these issues before engaging with GradCity's services."

"I highly recommend using Grad City for any senior high school spring break trip. Stacy Robert with Grad City was very responsive and helpful while planning the trip and during the trip. We stayed at the amazing Barcelo Riviera Maya which offers everything you could ever imagine and more. The kids and parents loved the rooms, pools, private beach, amenities, food, parties, entertainment and safety. The Grad City chaperones were very attentive and friendly. The parents that didn't plan the trip with Grad City were jealous at the level of services we received. Don't hesitate to call them - you will be very happy you used Grad City!"
