"If I could give 0 stars I would. Ruined a family vacation due to negligence and not following through with hotel bookings (forced 5 adults to share 1 small room). I could have planned a better vacation myself with 1 day of googling having never been to the region than what their agent did. I work in the travel industry and really regret letting my family book this company. I know this is harsh but time with family is scarce and the service/quality of product this company provided was truly abysmal."

"It is the best private tour company ever! We had them design a tour for us to Rome Florence and Venice. We had six meetings over the phone and internet they scheduled our flights our hotels and transportation. We never had to worry we had all the phone numbers and a book that contained all of our travel information. It was fantastic!"

"I had used Audley in 2019 for a trip to Spain and it was wonderful. Booked a trip with Audley in October 2023 to Germany and it was horrible. From the hotels that were supposed to be luxury to the private cars that ended up to be taxis and the tours that were either wrong times to the private 8 hour tour guide that never showed up for our tour. The hotel that are booked smelled of sewage. When we arrived in Frankfurt Audley thought it was a good idea to have us walk to our hotel from the train station with luggage in an unsafe area. It just went on and on. I would not recommend anyone to use Audley Travel. They charged us &12,000 for 6 days for a luxury vacation and it was horrible. They robbed us."

"Worst experience with travel agencies I have ever had. I am 79 years old with a lot of travel experience. Went through 3 agents...the last being the worst. It was a trip to Paris. My allergies were to be given to a Michelin star restaurant so the 7 course $550.00 ppldinner could be modified. All the chef received was to do a vegan dinner. It upended the kitchen in order to accommodate us. Thelaststrawwasthatwewereassuredthatmyfriendwouldbetakentotheairportat 8:30 and Iwouldbe takenat 10:00. Not so. Only one pickup at 8:30. There is muchmore, butthatis enoughforyoutogettheidea. ."

"It saddens me to give Audley Travel an unsatisfactory review. Several things stood out during the trip that Audley was directly responsible for. First, the contact we were given in the Galapagos Islands was subcontracted out, and then they subcontracted out as well. We were subcontracted five times in total. Audley had no knowledge of this and frequently directed us to contact different people. Additionally, Audley provided us with pick up times that did not align with what our guides had listed in the documents they received. Audley did not inform us prior to the trip that one of the hotels we had booked was in the process of renovations. We were informed following check in and were told that Audley was supposed to communicate that to us prior to our arrival. Thirdly, several members of my family have dietary restrictions and severe allergies. This was communicated prior to the trip, and we were assured that Audley would communicate that to each place we were scheduled to visit. Audley did not provide the list to several places we visited, and even provided an incorrect list at one point. Audley also provided an incorrect list of who would be staying in what room at each hotel. When we corrected this the first time, we were assured by Audley that they would reach out to the rest of the hotels to ensure that the list was corrected. The lists were not updated when we arrived. Lastly, when we reached out to Audley for help and clarification while trying to board one of our flights, we were not provided with any assistance nor clarification."
