"Dealing with Ed Stack was a true pleasure. My wife and I were shopping for kitchen cabinets and didn't want to break the bank doing it. We walked in pretty much clueless about what we wanted, or where to start. Ed was extremely patient, and spent a lot of time with us putting together drawings and explaining their different product lines and was very conscientious about our budget. Changes were made several times and Ed had no problem helping us and editing our drawings. I am pretty sure Ed gave up a few meal breaks while assisting us. It is very rare to find a salesperson who is not only very knowledgeable about the product we are looking at, but also doesn't make us feel rushed into a decision. If you ever need cabinets and find yourself heading to Cabinets To Go in the Woburn area, I highly suggest you ask for Ed."

"I want to give a 0 star because that what they Deserve I pay $24,000 for a trash the worst customer service I have in my life very poor customer service I worked with Ed . He makes A lots of mistakes. Their costumer service is just TERRIBLE and the quality of the product very POOR. I ordered my kitchen since September And When I receive it most of the cabinet are damage and I called the customer service for replacement and I had to travel to the warehouse for one hour driving I opened the box in front of the manager in the warehouse all the replacement are wrong and more damage than the first one When I called the customer service again to complain about that they said sorry we’re going to replace the parts it for you .and you will receive in 3 days what Misson. P told me but ithat not true it took more than 10 days .I end up lost the contractor . I had to hire a new contractor to take my project ."
