"We work with Pro Source almost daily for many many years as we purchase all of our kitchens, tile, carpeting and more. Working with the whole team at Pro Source could not be easier as they help us with all of our kitchen design, materials and ordering of materials. They are precise and communicative once orders are placed and arrive for pick up. We enjoy working with the entire staff as they are super friendly and make us feel so comfortable every time we are there or call to place an order or just ask questions. We don’t go anywhere else for items we can purchase there because we know the team will help us, the service could not be any better and the pricing is great and super competitive. The team works really hard and it shows. Keep up the great work Pro Source!!"
"We bought a rug from ProSource which was delivered back in July 2022. Since we have put it in place, the rug has been shedding like crazy - we have to vacuum-clean it every couple of days. We've made several attempts over the past six months to find a solution with ProSource without success. We have spent over 2000 USD on this rug, and it is worst quality than the 200-300 USD rugs that we have bought on Wayfair. Despicable customer service experience - the company is sourcing cheap, low-quality, products from developing countries and selling them at US market prices pocketing undeserved profits."
"I am extremely pleased with the excellent service that ProSource in Woburn provided for my recent purchase of wide plank engineered hardwood flooring. I had a good installer lined up to install a floating floor on top of an old original terrazzo floor in my condo, but was overwhelmed with selecting a product because the small samples the installer had weren't big enough to see what a whole floor would look like, and he only had a few samples on hand. In addition, due to pandemic-related supply chain disruptions I learned that many products were on back order and there was a big price variation in the first few options I looked at. The installer's distributor didn't have a huge selection either, but I had seen a link to the ProSource showroom and knew it was nearby, so just drove around the corner and was lucky to meet up with Paul Coutoumas. Paul not only showed me many more options at a range of prices but also thoroughly explained the extras like the underlayment, transition pieces, timing for delivery, etc. When I told him I wanted a high-end look and quality product but at a reasonable mid-range price, he steered me right to a couple of great options – well known, quality manufacturers with a range of products at a range of prices that I found very reasonable. Paul loaned me a couple of large sample boards to take home. I made a couple of showroom visits, and each time, even if he was very busy with others, Paul made time for me. We also had a few email exchanges and phone conversations and he was always easy to reach or to quickly get back to me if he was tied up. I put in an order pretty quickly and there was a little back and forth after the installer told me more specifically what to order, and Paul was again extremely fast to respond and adjust. Amazingly, the flooring arrived within just a few days and my gorgeous new floors were installed not long after. In other words, Paul was just fantastic - so friendly, helpful, and extremely generous with his time educating me about the various options. Thanks to him and ProSource I was able to make an informed choice and select the perfect product for my needs and my budget, and I absolutely love the gorgeous result. I plan to return soon to Pro Source for bedroom carpet, bathroom flooring, and probably tile as well. I’d never want to go anywhere else after this excellent experience, and very highly recommend them."
"I had a great experience with ProSource. I ordered tile for my bathroom floor and kitchen backsplash. It took a little longer for my floor tile to come in due to COVID-related delays, but the backsplash arrived early. Brian was upfront with me about delays and having experienced delays with everything else I ordered for my remodel, I expected it. This was my first time remodeling on my own and Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. ProSource has the best price I could find for the Thassos marble tile I ordered and I absolutely love it!"
"Nice selection of quality products and reputable name brands (flooring, tile, cabinets, rugs). I was excited to see Dash and Albert there which is a great rug brand. Their tile offerings ranged in every price point, and they had some nice pieces in the showroom to give you ideas. The displays are neat with modern choices. Two members of the team helped me and were knowledgeable and friendly."
