"I had a terrible experience at Kamco located in Avon, MA. I spoke with the door department but the representative hang up the phone right in the middle of the conversation just because I mentioned in the call that I also called other manufactory distributor trying to receive a quote ASAP... After he hang up the phone I called again to ask why he hang up the phone and he said that I was making him to "loose his time". I politely tried to explain him that Kamco's location was exactly on the same city where I live... but he kept acting rude and umpolite . I requested his email to simplify but he gave me an email that isn't receiving emails. So, I gave up ! Hopefully someone inside this company cares about customer service quality over the phone as their physical showroom its closed because the pandemic."

"Terrible customer service. I waited 25 minutes outside for my receipt of payment. When I asked how they could leave a customer outside so long without an update she gave me a huge attitude with an unrelated comment. Not how I want to be treated when I’m spending money at this business."
