"This store will lose thousands of dollars over poor managerial decisions and doesn’t even care. I brought a propane tank into be filled the same tank I always use. The clerk at the front inspected and approved the refill. When I brought the tank to the rear to be filled by the same person who always fills it the Manager, he refused to fill it due to a dented handle. He allowed me to straighten it out, but still would not fill it. There was no possible violation or danger in filling this tank. I believe the reason was to sell me another one. After getting no satisfaction I followed up with supervisor Steve, who cared even less. I believe someone in that position you should be able to find a reasonable solution. They didn’t lose a $10 dollar sale they lost a reasonable customer and all the dollars to be spent there over the next several years due to poor management skills and lack of customer satisfaction. They just didn’t care!"
