"Ordered my bolts on Tuesday May 30th, no notification of shipping since then (6 days later.) Definitely not impressed with this level of customer service, I won't be ordering again. *update 23/06/13* I received confirmation of my order may 30th, I did not receive confirmation of shipping or tracking until after I emailed you 6 days after ordering. I do not have any records in any of my files or spam of tracking behind this, I'm unsure what happened. Regardless the product is of good quality. Thank you."
"This used to be a great place to find bolts and hardware however they no longer have the selection they used to have. Also their customer service is very bad now as I was trying to ask if they had a nut in 5/16 or m8 size (they are the same size just one measurement is in inches and the other is in mm) and I was told those are two separate sizes and I do not know the measurements. The falling quality and customer service has lost me as a customer."
