"Dominguez StoneWorks provided excellent customer service and craftsmanship. Lupe was so helpful in providing us samples to help us determine which quartz to use in our kitchen. From ordering the stone to setting up appointments for templates and installation, Lupe always kept us informed. When she called to schedule an appointment to have us meet at the shop to pick out the best section of the stone to use, I was so surprised! I have never had the opportunity to customize the templates to my taste. David, the owner, really does value honesty and integrity in all aspects of their business. David made sure we were satisfied with the project before having us sign off on the completion. I am really impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. "From the very start Lupe was very attentive to our needs... we were on a quest to find Astoria granite! Lupe set us up to visit 2-3 of their suppliers, at the very 2nd stop we find the perfect granite for our new kitchen. Before they were to install, they setup an appointment for us to meet at the shop and create a template to our liking, not theirs! Totally cool. We are still in the middle of our remodel, but almost to the finish line...here are a few of our current project photos after our granite was installed. The 3 man crew was great, carefully handling and placing each piece. Kevin explained some of the techniques they needed to do to fit the tighter fitting piece, a small amount of surgery (he was a pro at) and whala our granite was in, sink was installed (they offer these for sale, as well as the drain stopper/catcher), and they sealed the stone. I have to mention that whenever I emailed a question, Lupe picked up the phone and called me immediately, this type of customer service doesn't happen, but with Dominguez Sw they are all about customer service.
