I called Lowes who said to call Nantucket Pavers direct and when I did, I got the best service from the nicest person ever. She offered to have one of their drivers deliver to my home a replacement stone (and even one extra stone) within a few days. Great company with an excellent product and excellent customer service!"

"I brought the Nantucket Pavers Patio-on-a-Pallet 10 ft. x 10 ft. Concrete Gray Basketweave Yorkstone Paver at The Home Depot and couldn't be happier with the results! Almost a year later one of the pavers on my step developed a crack so I contacted them and Melissa sent me two pavers to make sure at least one made it thru shipping. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them!"

"I ordered the Ledgestone 47-inch fire pit in brown, plus an additional ring of stones, through Home Depot, and picked them up in store to avoid the shipping cost to my home. Despite a large decal from Nantucket's packaging department indicating "DO NOT STACK", Home Depot had stacked them. When I unwrapped the fire pit, I discovered that two of the top "cap" stones were broken and one of the normal ring stones was badly chipped. I contacted Nantucket Pavers directly and received EXCEPTIONAL service from Melissa there. I won't describe the service because I don't want to put her on the spot for having to do the same for others in the same situation, but suffice it to say that it FAR exceeded my expectations. Home Depot got involved too by providing free shipment to my home for the replacement parts (whereas I hadn't originally paid for the home shipping). Needless to say, I'm a very satisfied customer -- due in no small part to this exceptional after-purchase customer service. I should also mention that the fire pit itself is well made, simple to put together, and looks fabulous on my new patio. I've plumbed it for propane use, and it's working just great."
