"I have to say, ever since removing cashier lines the customer experience has rock bottomed. 1)Someone will try to ring you up in self checkout, or 2)They watch over your shoulder and it's soo uncomfortable, or 3)Someone stops you at the door for a receipt. I get it, people steal. But when all 3 happen in the same purchase, its absolutely awkard. Just bring the checkout lines back! Ill be going to Home Depot, they've seem to have found a better balance."
"I received a visit today from Lowe's Felipe and Javier. They dropped off my new refrigerator! What a great job they did from moving in my new refrigerator to moving out my old one they were very cautious not to scratch anything. Great job guys!! I would definitely recommend Lowe's to my family and friends. fast and efficient!"
