"I don't even have the most basic knowledge of hand tools, so I was pretty nervous going in to find all the correct items that I needed. The employees here were so helpful, and very patient as I struggled to tell them what all I needed. The lady that helped me on the floor really took the time to explain why certain tools would be better/better priced. The man behind the counter was very knowledgeable on where items were located in the store. Very helpful, very friendly, I'd recommend coming here!"

"I love this store and the employees. Two anecdotes. My kid is autistic. It can be difficult to shop when she's having a melt down. One time we were having a tough day and I needed a bunch of little things. The store manager saw we were having trouble. After some figuring, we got my daughter in a folding chair and the manager basically went and grabbed everything on my list in such a way that I could keep eyes on the child. Second anecdote. We were walking in oxbows park at the start of the pandemic. The Child loves water, and took a dive into the river. I went in after her, and I was able to get her out, but then I couldn't get out. The water was freezing. Luckily an employee and some of his friends were hanging out in the park and heard us screaming. They were able to fish me out and get us home safe and sound. So, it may sound far fetched, but this is all true. The employees of this Ace have literally saved my life and they are consistently helpful and friendly."
