"I booked an appointment for my puppy at 11am, but I got there 15 minutes late because of the rough weather (it was snowing), I drove all the way from Dedham there for about 40 minutes, but when I got there the Brazilian guy (I guess he’s the owner) said I had lost my $25 deposit because I was late and he was not going to accept my puppy, he was very rude since I got there. I even tried to explain the reason why I arrived late ( it was not easy to drive on that rough weather) but he didn’t care. It was very disappointing, because normally we take our puppies to nice places where they are supposed to take care of them but they should take care of the customers also, and they should’ve been a little bit more empathic, they could’ve offered to reschedule the appointment and I would’ve understand that they were closing 2 hours before the regular working hours they have in google description. Not recommending anymore."

Jonathan was her groomer and he took time to ask me exactly how I like her groomed. The groom took about 3 hours and the price point was great.
