If your primary language is Portuguese or Spanish the staff tries their best and accommodate a consult in your language which is excellent! My wife and I, following in my family’s footsteps, now bring our dogs here and we are incredibly grateful for all the caring talent this VCA location has to offer. "Went there for what we thought was an ulcer on my cats lip (known to usually cause no discomfort).No previous health issues. I really felt like it was very franchisey and like I was being sold things as opposed to what was medically necessary for my pet. The vet kept telling me she had severe dental disease, missing teeth etc. they quoted me an amount for a dental cleaning which was extremely high. They gave her some antibiotics and we went on our way. It did seem to help. When it seemed to re flare I made an appt to go back to our Lynn vet that had just re opened. Before the date of the appointment our cat started declining overnight. When we took her to ER the ulcer on her lip was actually a growth and her lungs were drowning with tumors. The dental disease WITH a growth on her lip is hallmark oral cancer. My cat pretty much suffered for months before this incident as we were told it’s extremely painful even though she wasn’t previously exhibiting symptoms of discomfort. This vet wanted to do a 2k oral cleaning on a feline with obvious oral cancer. I had to of course put her down because she was suffering at the er visit."

"I just think maybe tile floors with lots of grout isn't the best flooring when so many accidents happen on the floor. Maybe just industrial linoleum. Totally unrelated to the fact the vets and their assistants are friendly and treat my pets with kindnessand compassion. Front desk staff not so much. They don't do emergencies there. We had to take our dog elsewhere. It's part of a franchise, so plenty of locations."
