"I wouldn’t recommend. They tried charging me for a 2nd visit that their guys recommended without telling me that it’s an additional charge. When I confronted them about it, they still refuse to rescind the $200 fee. As far as I’m concerned they tried to steal $200 from me"

The person scheduling sais she told my husband she wasn't guaranteeing the time because we were the last stop of the day....... my husband said they never told him that. .......I would never recomnend them to anyone and advised Curtis Lumber I'll not shop there in the future if they are still using this company either"

John and Matt came out to measure my kitchen countertop and they were not only very thorough and clear on the procedure but extremely nice people. They said it would take 2-4 weeks depending on the work load. 4 weeks almost to the day, I received a call from a woman named Deb and she set up the appointment for the installation the very next day. John came back with another assistant, Hector, and within 20 minutes, my beautiful new kitchen countertop was in place and I cannot be happier.They obviously measured perfectly because it was installed without a hitch. I will recommend this company to my friends and family as well as use them again if I need another job done."
