"When my cat, Gracie, died we went through them and they did a phenomenal job. So when our other cat, Kitty, just recently passed, we went through them again. They literally just took her and cremated her before we sent any of our requests in (paw prints, impressions, fur clippings, etc). Now I have NOTHING from my baby all because they screwed up. Yes this is an impulsive, angry review. There's no excuse for just taking an animal and turning it into nothing without any sense of identification or personalization from its family. Im heartbroken that I'll never see anything of her ever again, and I hope they feel as horrible as I do."

"Our dog died two weeks ago on 6/10, suddenly. After calling a couple vet offices, we decided to call Erin and David from Greener Pastures. They met us about a half hour away, the same day our dog died, to pick up his body. They were great. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. It can't be easy handling grieving folks pets but they did it. They answered us back in a timely manner and treated our babyboy like he was one of their own. I didn't know we would get a complimentary paw print but we got two! Thank you so much."

They took care of everything, and delivered his ashes back to us (and a clay mold of his paw which we will cherish forever!) about a week later. So peaceful.
