"In 2016 i brought my dogs thier one was 11 and one was 8. We were gone for about a week when we finally picked are dogs up one of our dogs limping. we went to the vet and she had a torn ACL. we couldn’t get tot fix because she was too old. but it upsets me that they can’t take care of dogs and don’t realized when the dogs get hurt. i am ashamed that i ever brought my dogs their. this place does not know how to take care of dogs. we will never go back their"

"I have been bringing my dog to Kathryn's Pet's for over 10 years and have nothing but positive things to say. I can honestly say that this is one of the few places my wife and I feel completely at ease with leaving our dog. They do an amazing job with grooming her as well as making my dog feel as comfortable as they can! I would highly recommended this place whether it is for grooming or for boarding."

"I brought my dog to your establishment twice and will never go again. Before I left her there the first time I asked for a tour but was told no because you were feeding the dogs (it was 2pm). When I picked her up she was dirty and was "off". It took me days to get her back to acting normal. I brushed that off as her having been at a new/different place. I booked with you one more time. I again asked for a tour and your staff refused with no explanation. My dog was returned to me two days later skittish and filthy. She actually had a "cough" (even though she had the kennel cough vaccine).when they went out to get her I actually followed them and was able to see the horrible and smelly environment for myself before your staff said I wasn't allowed back there. I took my dog to the vet the next day and explained what happened. THEY suggested I never go back to you as it was not the first time they had heard this about your place. Horrible horrible horrible. I blame myself for going back a second time - I should have trusted my instincts."

"Didn't give consent to shave our husky. Brushed him prior to going there. He was not matted as told. I know how to take care of my 3 dogs and wouldn't let them get matted on my own anyway. Save your time. Go elsewhere."
