"Shocked that a pharmacist just told me she wouldn’t call to transfer my medication from CVS because I didn’t happen to know the name of the medication- she said It would be a waste of time for her to call it in because I might not need it. Why would I have medicine I do not need? I was also told to call my doctor for a new script to be sent to them. So weird."

"The male pharmacist there, i wish I knew his name is amazing. I had a very sick kid with me tonight and their drive thru was closed due to lack of staff and he made sure to help get me the medicine easily! ( from a very stressed out mom). thank you so much for your kindness and help!"

"Whether it is shopping for pet supplies, holiday gifts or baby needs for my granddaughter, Rite Aid always seems to have the perfect item. Their courtesy and help are so appreciated as an older shopper with disabilities. Even my medical alert service dog gets excited when we go there!"

"Horrible service!!!! The short haired Auburn/ red hair woman is always so rude. Never smiles, always seems SO stressed, never greets me in a friendly manner. I pull up to drive thru waiting for 5 minutes, I push the call button to be sure they know I'm there. She comes over to window and basically yells at me for pulling up to the wrong window! Says -That's the drop off window! No hello, No I'm sorry that's the wrong window so you know for next time. Never again! Rite-Aid lost all my business due to her. I've been in customer service all my life, She does Not belong in any customer facing job."
