"I am so happy with the groomers at the Pawfectionist. The whole staff is so amazing. I have an elderly beagle (12 years old) named George. I have been to so many groomers looking for a kind, caring and gentle groomer. The Pawfectionist team has been nothing short of incredible with my baby. I love that they are a one on one groomer since my George is too old to be shoved in a crate in the back all day until they get to him. The Pawfectionist schedules appointments when they can take your dog and you pick them up as soon as they are done. There is no worrying about what my baby is dealing with or if he is waiting around all day stressed out. They have truly made an impact on my old man. I am so grateful to have this wonderful grooming salon looking out for my George!"

"We’ve been customers for years. They do a good job with the pups, but as a previous poster mentioned-the attitudes from the staff is ridiculous. I was chastised for being less than 10 minutes late for an appointment this week, 7 minutes late. I drive 30 minutes to see them, pay a healthy fee, and have always tipped well, and their policy for being early is-no more than 5 minutes. If you’re 5 minutes early, wait in the car, but if you’re 5 minutes late-expect sassy attitude from grown children. The same applies with pickups, the expectation is that you arrive in under an hour from being notified they are done. I was asked if I thought they were being unreasonable, and I emphatically say “absolutely”. It would be great if I could arrive for a mid day appointment exactly on time-if only we could eliminate traffic, work, etc to drop everything but that’s not most people. They display a terrible attitude and didn’t even want to take my dogs this last time over 7 minutes….They clearly don’t need and especially don’t want my business and money- If this sounds like the kind of place you think would be a valued client I wish you the best of luck."

"I found the staff condescending and belittling, We traveled one hour for our dog to be groomed and the last two times were absolutely awful! Our dog was sent home with half a hair cut today! I can not get over the unprofessionalism. A big square was clipped into my puppy’s back so uncalled for! Absolutely HORRIBLE"
