Lori came for a meet and greet and took detailed notes on the best way to take care of our kitty. I expressed my concerns of him being an escape artist, but Lori had plenty of ways and solutions to make sure he stayed inside where he was safe. She sent several video updates while we were gone, which I appreciated, and was super communicative through the whole process.
