"Shouldn’t even get a star but I had no choice. I brought my dog in one time and he normally goes to daycare and has so much fun. They brought him in to a dark room all by himself and left him there. my dog is a rescue and very scared being alone. They would not allow him back because they said he barked. Of course he barked ihe was in a dark room all alone. Terrible unfriendly staff. I have since found another daycare that he has loved and the staff is so friendly and good with him to make him feel safe when he’s not at home. Beware of this place."
"Top notch doggie daycare! Merlin has so much fun visiting his friends. Drop off and pickup are flawless. Every staff member knows my little pup and I, which just shows the amount of care they have for all the dogs that go there. I work from home but know how beneficial it is for Merlin to have interactions with other dogs and people. Highly recommend even for those in my situation, he is so well rounded. I haven't used the grooming services yet but look forward to trying it out!"
"I would recommend dog owners against such a place. The pandemic was already a tough time to leave your dog at a daycare because you are not allowed inside to see the quality yourself, so you have to relied on reviews and their promise for good service. So I have no idea for myself who works there, if it’s clean and what the environment is like for my dog. But when I picked my dog up, she always smelled terrible. She came home with eye infections, kennel cough constantly and always came home with scratches. At my dog park there are multiple owners who have shared the same concern with this place. Additionally, we called the owner to be briefed on the security of pick up. We were told they would be sure to get to know us well as owners. When in reality, no one knew who we were because everyday was a different employee and always asking us what dog we were picking up, and seemed like they had no clue we we’re the real owners."
"You know when you say "walk" and your dog gets all excited? I say "do you want to go to daycare?" and my dog gives this anticipation, ears perked, eyes super-wide look, then starts bouncing around the place looking for his leash. He loves daycare here, has his buddies he's made to play with, and is happy when he arrives and fully happy from his day when he leaves. I like the outdoor area they have and the kid pools the dogs can use. Awesome place and very friendly, up-beat staff."
