"My dog, Oakley and I love Pets of Sugarland! Lola is very patient and loving helping my rescue pup to learn it’s not scary to be groomed. With Lola’s kindness and understanding, he continues to gain confidence. We are so appreciative to have an experienced groomer to help with our beloved dog who had a difficult start in life. Oakley looks adorable and smells great after every cut!"
"Lola and her staff are a confident and knowledgeable team. They seem to know every dog by name and are excited to see them wiggle through the door. Lola is very accommodating- fitting clients in at the last minute to make sure their pups feel their best. Most of our family takes their beloved pups here! Highly recommended!"
"My dog and I love Pets of Sugarland! I have recommended Lola and her team to my friends, and we are all very happy with the customer service, grooming, pricing, and overall experience. My dog is always happy to see Lola, and I am confident that she treats him as one of her own – with love, kindness, and patience. Thank you, Lola!!"
"Horrible service!!!! I never go out of my way to write a review but I’m saddened at how my dog is acting right now. I sent my dog here to get groomed for the first time a couple months ago because I’m from Middleton and wanted to support a local business but when I went to pick her up she was nearly unrecognizable unlike the many other times that I have gotten her groomed. After that I continued going back to my normal place but today I needed a last minute grooming before the Holidays and decided to give this place another try and I was so excited when the owner called me back and told me she was able to take my dog immediately. I brought her in at 10:30 and she said to pick her up at 3:00 which seemed a little long but I figured I could get all my errands done. Around 12:00 I got a call from the owner saying “you need to come get your dog now she very aggressive!!!” I said okay and immediately turned around to pick her up. My dog is a 20 pound ball of fluff and anyone that knows her at all knows she doesn’t have an ounce of aggression in her. I knew this hanging up and was not only frustrated at how rude the call was but also the fact that she had the audacity to call my dog aggressive when every other place always says how sweet she was when I go to pick her up. When I got to my dog I was just as shocked as the first time I picked her up but this time my dog was half groomed and fur was still hanging off of her. You can tell when your dog isn’t feeling like itself and my dog just sat on her bed when we got home all sad. I don’t know what happened in there or what inflicted such “aggression ” but I would NEVER bring my dog here again! Take this as a warning."
"This lady gave us our dog all cut up and had the nerve to say it is very normal because dogs move all the time. She quoted us one price and ended up charging us something completely different, my dog came out looking awful and so distressed. It’s heartbreaking the way she tried to brush off the fact that she gave me my dog bleeding. Never mentioned anything until he got in the car and I checked him. Please look for a place that does care about your dog. My dog will probably have anxiety whenever I leave him to get groomed again. My dog had knots and she was informed of that prior to the dog being dropped off, If they weren’t able to do the job she should have said something before taking him. Very unprofessional, no dog should be returned to their owner all cut up and be told it’s normal because dogs move."
