"We moved to Saugus for 6 months while our new house was being built and we needed to find a new dog walker right away for our Frenchie. We reached out to Dog Gon’ Good Time House & Pets and met and interviewed with the walkers. Kenny G loved his walks with Jake and Sara. I’d get daily e-mail updates and pictures of their adventures---Kenny G even made an appearances their Instagram page. Their website is easy to navigate and it allowed me to schedule walks and pay invoices each week. I highly recommend them. Thank you!"

"Yesterday (May 14, 2019) this service ignored instructions for a dog they were hired to walk. They left him off leash at Breakheart Reservation which was expressly NOT allowed by the owner and in writing in the contract. Dog Gon' then proceeded to only text with the owner and not take her calls. They could not say where in Breakheart the dog had run off or if he even still had his leash on. They did not post his lost dog pic or flyer on their site. They DID NOT CARE that they irresponsibly lost the dog in their care. The truly appalling part wasn't their reckless behavior, rather it was their complete lack of professionalism and compassion following the incident. Please do NOT use Dog Gon' unless you actually want your dog... Gone."

"I love DGGT and Jess and so does my pup! I have used them for dog walking services for almost a year and they take wonderful care of my dog. She is always SO excited to see Jess or Tyler. After each walk they send a photo and quick note about her walk. They also make sure that she is all cleaned up if its rainy/snowy and take great care to not track dirt or water into the house. Having all of the scheduling, invoices and updates through the app is super convenient. I highly recommend their services!"
