The Dog House

"Sadly, I am moving and this was my dogs last day at the dog house. We have been loyal customers with daycare and boarding for three years. My dog is always super excited when we arrive and enjoys his time there. A great mix of indoor and outdoor play and it’s his home away from home. The dogs really do become part of the family there."

"I called him 2 weeks before I was planning leaving for the weekend. After already going in for “free consultation”. Explained how I would be leaving for the weekend and how I could get my dog in to be boarded. He told me to schedule a day visit (which again I did) and he straight up told me “we would love to watch him while you go away”. I call him to ask later in the week when I can drop him off. He then says he can’t do it because my dog has never been boarded?! Don’t you think you should have said the to begin with??!! Then made I could have made other arrangements. Not a good guy not a good business. Place is not clean. I would recommend anyone else to seek out other places. This will be my last response."

"No idea how this guys has 4.6 stars. Told him last week I wanted to board my dog because I would be leaving for the weekend. He tells me to bring in my dog for the day (which I did) then when I call later in the week to schedule for the weekend he tells me he can’t do it because my dog hasn’t stayed overnight with him. Make that make sense."

"Jed is an awesome guy always sends me pictures of my pup well he's watching him. He has very responsible and kind staff. He's always keeping you updated on what's going on with your dog, if you live on the east side he will even come and pick your dog up from your house if you need. He has come through so many times for me when I was being sent away on a work trip."

"My dog Rooney loves the dog house! She practically drags me inside every time she’s so eager to see her friends. Jed has been very kind - being able to drop Rooney off quickly in the morning on the way to work is convenient. He takes time to answer any questions and gives a quick update of her day when I pick her up. Happy she is a member of the pack!"
