"I came for a facial and no extractions were done, just the complete bare minimum. I could have done the facial myself with my tools at home. It was just not at all a $150 + tip facial. The woman was trying to sell me stuff the whole time, and was talking about TV shoes and her life story while I was trying to relax. The atmosphere is wonderful, however I will not be returning. A big waste of money, when I have gotten I way better facials for half the price. Very disappointing considering I came here to treat myself, and left feeling like I just wasted my money. I wish I could write a better review because like I said the atmosphere was amazing. I just did not have a good time."

"Here is how it went - I pressed the elevator button, and the door opened to their floor. The receptionist took my coat and checked me in. I got changed, and my treatment started with exfoliation, a soothing shower, and a massage. My overall experience was enjoyable and soothing. I needed to relax, and the therapy provided me that along with skin treatments - which my body needed (pandemic + kid). I plan to return again in 2 months. This is something 100 percent worth splurging in."
