"THE WORST NAILS EVER!!! The worst place that I have ever gotten my nails done...cut too short. nail polish was gloopy. Prices change every time you go. The worst experience ever. Once an amazing place... now a waste of money and time (PS doesn't matter if you have an appointment... they will keep you waiting for 30 min-1 hour). Shockingly disappointed. Used to love getting nails done here"
"What is going on lately. Last two times there the employees are pushing services.. rushing you, not doing a great job and make it clear they want you in and out with as many upsells as possible. Generally I go there monthly. I think this was my last time. Also noticed ‘the boss’ at front desk has gotten unfriendly. She talks on her earpiece while doing someone else’s nails and it’s not making appointments. It’s chatting away while the girl politely tried to interrupt her with her concerns of nail length! Sad to see a previously great place going down hill as competition increases. Will say one employee was doing pedicure next to me and she was lovely to her young customer. I guess my girl and owner/manager having a bad day. I understand it was late afternoon but they couldn’t have made several of us feel more unwelcome. We were strangers and commenting to each other. Sad. I’m sure pandemic affected them. Maybe that’s why? Although I’d think with things getting busier they would be welcoming. Note I did try to email them rather than public post but no email on website."
"My wife went here with her bridal party (the day before my wedding) and got terrible service. To summarize this post: DO NOT GO, AVOID AT ALL COST. They were not able to sit all together even though they had made an appointment for a large group (that's the entire point of making an appointment, so the business can prepare and accommodate everyone together), and they weren't even attended to in a fast and appropriate matter - the business still took walk in's when the group reservation had people waiting around. The worst part was my wife didn't like how her nails ended up either, as they were way too short after they started trimming them down without asking, and she told me how the technicians would brush off actual needs and asks like "what do you want to do today" but hearing what the bridesmaid says, then saying oh no that wouldn't look as good, we're going to do this instead. At least take ownership, apologize, offer a refund, do something to make them feel better. The did none of these, or even came close to it, and continued to blame my wife and the party for their own shortcomings. Nobody at our wedding, friends, family, anyone will ever be going here again."
"I had been a customer here for quite a long time. I’ve always been very patient when it’s busy and thankful for the services they provide. I’ve brought groups of people with me as well as visiting guests. The last two times I’ve been there I’ve been left waiting with either partial or no services ever provided and then told they were too busy to complete my services. Today I was given an appointment according to their schedule -not mine- and when I got there I was told by the very nice person who was asked to give me a pedicure that she really doesn’t do nails! I said I’d wait for someone to be free and was told by the owner that they had no time (she booked the appointment) and next time I should be specific about what I wanted when I called! All I asked for was the usual manicure/pedicure just like everyone else! I am quite disappointed to have been treated so poorly after being a loyal (and high tipping) customer for so long. I will not go back."
