"i got gel done and it came off within less than a week. does not stay on, waste of money. I called to ask if I can get it fixed and the person was extremely rude, saying they won't fix it for me and it's not their issue and they won't do anything about it."

"I went there and all the “gel” came off completely, whole in 5 days. I expected more days since it was supposed at least 10 days and also I was on a trip and I didn't do anything strange or anything with my hands, so I went back there and "they did it again", but on top of the previous polish “gel” and when I asked her if maybe by doing that the same thing would happen came off again. The woman just said that she didn't have time to do it differently. Finally, like I said, it came out 3 days later like a sticker..."

The salon is peaceful and has a calming interior. A complimentary neck and shoulder massage was very much appreciated. The staff was friendly and very attentive."

"Nice place with pleasant staff...except for the manager. When I shared pictures of my daughter's inflamed cuticles post-manicure, he asked an employee to suggest treatment and walked away. If he had simply apologized and offered me a small discount for a future visit, I would have been satisfied with the customer service. "We moved from LA to Newton in 2021 and have been searching for a nail salon that would live up to my standards. Unfortunately it was hard to find any, until I walked into Serenity Nail Spa. It lives up to its name. I went in for the first time today and was greeted by the owner couple. Here is what I loved- -I felt welcomed -They were informative not pushy. -I didn’t feel like they were talking about me as commonly experienced with other nails places. -All staff behaved super professionally and caring towards their clients - For the first time ever, I felt relaxed in a nail place, quiet music, no loud TV. -Plus they were well stocked with amazing colors -My nail technician, Alice was super caring. I loved her service. I cant wait for my next appointment."
