"The people were so rough on our hands/ nails. When we went to pay they told us a completely different price then when we first walked in. When we confronted them about the fee. They threaten to take the nail polish off of my daughters nails. I will never return to them. Not sure how they are still opened."
"Personally I felt the woman did a great job, she was kind and the prices are reasonable❤️"
"There is absolutely nothing perfect about these nails. My daughter and I went Friday to get acrylics and a pedicure for her big event the next day, we spent over three hours at 10 Perfect Nails and $140 later the outcome was terrible. I immediately spoke to the girl about my nails and she asked me to come back the next day so she could fix them, even though they were aware that we had a big event that next day. And although you can clearly tell in these pictures that they did a terrible job she still tried to make me feel like it was my fault that the nails looked like that and gave me bad vibes and attitude when I went to get them fixed the next morning. Nevermind that my toes were barely filed, I had an ingrown toenail that was not even touched, and the acrylic on my finger nails wasn't even cleaned from under. You can see how fat and chunky these nails are instead of having a natural look to them. The girl kept talking about my nail bed being big so once these come off and my natural nails (which grow in beautifully, they just all happened to break) are back I will post a picture of them. The father did our finger nails and he was extremely rough on me and my 14 year old. I used to go to this place years ago when the whole family was there but now it's just one daughter, the father and a little girl doing nails, the quality has gone down drastically. Oh and one of my daughter's nail popped off right before her event so that acrylic lasted less than 24 hours SMH, after all that money and time we had to spend here. We are truly disappointed that we chose this place."
"I had already came here a couple times for a gel pedicure, the owner (mom) always cuts my big toe slanted. A literal diagonal. The daughter does the perfect square. I went in for a removal of acrylics and a new full set. First of all, she (owner, mom) removed my nails by taking another acrylic nail and lifting the nail and ripping it. In my opinion, that is very unprofessional as when removing acrylic nails, soak offs are best for the nail bed. Then she proceeded to apply my nails and then the other owner, the guy, came and shaped my nails. I asked for square. At the end of everything, my nails were fat and chunky. I asked her if there was anything she could do to maybe bring down the chunkiness and she told me it was too late. I sat while she did my toes observing my nails and then asked her to remove the acrylic nails. Honestly if I’m paying for you to do my nails and I don’t like the outcome I believe that I should stand up for myself and say something. After I asked if she could remove them she continued to ask why and I told her because I didn’t like them. She then proceeded to YELL at me , along with her husband. They both started screaming at me and asking why I wanted to remove the nails. Then they finally agreed. After she does my toes, resulted in slanted toe cuts, she had me sit in a different chair then the one i was in while doing my acrylics. Once I sat down she asked me if I was going to pay her before or after, I asked how much it was and she said $100. I said $100? For nails I didn’t like? and the nails were short and had no design. She explained me to that my toes were $30 so that leaves $70 for acrylic nails? So she then starts screaming at me again about paying her (I am not raising my voice or anything, I am being very polite). So I asked her if she could then pass me my jacket so I can pay her and she THROWS my jacket at me. While she is removing my nails the guy owner is telling me about much time and product and money that I wasted of his because he buys his own products. Well then maybe learn how to not do nails so big and chunky. I did not pay $100. (I paid 60) And she again removed the acrylics by ripping them off, which is very painful. Very rude and unprofessional, will not be coming back here. It’s a shame, the daughter is very nice. I also think that because I was the only one there at the time she started yelling and treating me very rude. There could possibly be a race factor involved. Not happy. Do not come here."
"They did an amazing job. It's a beautiful salon, easy to find just driving around. The staff are very nice and pay attention to the little details to make sure your nails look perfect!"
