"This place used to be amazing. Last 4 times I have gone the dip has cracked and broken in less than a week. I wrote to them and never heard back. I’m not sure if they switched to cheaper products or are too rushed but I will no longer be going there and wouldn’t advise."

"I have been here a few times and every single time my nails have chipped and/or broke the next day. I called both times to let them know what happened and they were extremely rude in their response. I told them I was out of state and I was told there is nothing we can do to help you. I was not expecting a refund, my expectation was for them to fix it when I arrived back in MA. I was told multiple times that I was not listening and there was nothing they could do. I have never experienced worst customer service. They do not stand by their product."

"Sky does my nails and she is just amazing!!!! My nails are always look pretty. I usually do dipping powder plus gel art on top and gel pedicure. I get so many compliments on my nails everywhere I go. I love coming here to get my nails done. I used to come every two weeks but since I moved to Boston, I cannot come here that often... now I come here every 1.5 month. But the nails last really good!!! I just cannot go somewhere else and it’s totally worth to drive one hour to come to this salon! Great place to get your nails done!"
