"Did not have a good experience - I called in advance asking for an appointment since I only had an hour for my lunch break and they assured me that they had time for a manicure. I arrived early and wasn't seen for over 20 minutes. They then rushed through my nails - they didn't even paint up to my cuticles so there was a space between my cuticle and the nail. I paid $65 for gel-x and within 24 hours two of the nails popped off, within 48 hours 4 of them did. They did feel bad about keeping me 30 minutes longer so gave me a $25 chair massage certificate, however I would've preferred my money back/ a refund on the current service since it was so poor. I will not be returning."

"I have visited RelaxStation multiple times and every time, my experience exceeds my expectations! The staff is so lovely, kind, friendly and fun. My manicurist, Ping, does a very beautiful job with my nails every time and my masseuse, Po, does an amazing job with a massage that is both therapeutic and relaxing. She is excellent at discovering my tensions and relieving the pressure so that I feel better and lighter every time. The ambiance is relaxing and serene and Winnie is a perfect hostess. I'm very excited that I discovered this spa and will be coming back regularly for sure."

"Go to this place!! It’s amazing for massages!! I’ve been with lots of friends and Ann, Vivian and Alice give the best massages! They use hot stones, deep tissue and the right amount of pressure. I recommend to all my friends and they are hooked. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. And the price is right! It’s a hidden gem and you will be glad you went!! Definitely try it!"

"I have been here a couple times and I can't say enough good things! The people there are so incredibly nice! I am always very nervous to try new massage places out but I am so glad I did. So reasonably priced and an amazing massage. I have a desk job so my shoulders and back are always super tight and Vivan did a great job of loosing them both. She made sure I was comfortable and checked in on the pressure a couple times. Feel like I can stand up straight for the first time in a while. Truly a hidden gem !"
