"I have been a Miniluxe customer for years! But my last experience at South End studio was unacceptable!! My nail technician Wendy was extremely unprofessional! She was very harsh during the procedure, when she tried to paint the nails she couldn’t do it straight and then struggled with cleaning the paint from skin and finally cut my skin by trying to cut the paint off of my skin!!!!!!! I just left without finished pedicure and manager Adam was not handling this situation well either! I have by Birthday in few days and I am without pedicure and with cut skin that hurts!!!! Thank you Miniluxe!!! Don’t go there!!"
"I came here while nearby for a conference. I was a walk-in, but only had a short wait. Melanie was my nail tech and did a wonderful job. She was personable, fun, and friendly! Communication was easy and the atmosphere was one of fun and the place was bright and clean . I got the "recharge" pedicure and it was amazing!"
