"Coming in from Chicago and I can say I’m not impressed with pedi. It was basic the reg but where I’m not satisfied is with the fact I wasn’t asked about nail cutting. When doing white nails precision is important. You can see the unevenness in nails miles away. I would’ve like for my manicurist to trim my nails all almost the same length or be asked at the least and also would’ve like some more filing done. Nails also weren’t painted at the endings even when I asked. Meh! 2.5 stars since the rest of service was good by that I mean the massaging the cleaning of nails etc"

"If I could give zero stars I would, just so everyone is aware they don't do refunds & will pressure you to get your nails done again even you want nothing to do with them & their business. The manager (older gentleman probably early 40's) will tell you he will call the police so you can talk to them instead because he won't give you a refund, even if you are being nice. 0/10 recommend - Avoid at all cost - Customer service 0."
