"I only gave y’all 1 star because I had to write this post because I would not have gave y’all any !! I been coming here for years and Pauline is a very cruel lady and money hungry !! I’ve brought this lady multiple customers and I use to bring my whole family meaning my sis, mom, daughter and some friends and we always tip good because we all have very good jobs and all she does is rush everyone’s nails !! She literally did my moms nails while she was sitting down getting her feet done just to kill time as if we was rushing and everything looked ugly especially for my sisters wedding and Pauline can’t stand when u want to pick your technician because she wants all the customers but her work is sloppy ! Only 2 good people are Tracy and the young girl everyone else is horrible and mean when u don’t like !!! And she makes her husband do peoples nails and they look very uneven then all Pauline says is he’s learning !!! Like be for real your playing with people’s money PAULINE !!!"

"The employees seemed nice, but they rushed my full set and even hurt me a little with the drill. I got white nails and the polish was everywhere on my hands. The bathroom had no soap, they have good prices but our experience was not the best."

"I WAS a loyal customer since they opened. My only problem with them is the way they made appointments. If I make an appointment for 930 I EXPECT to be seen no later than 935. I can understand if the nail tech runs behind once in a while but to double book appointments and then try and rush is unacceptable for me. I left them in October and haven't been back. I'm at another place now and their service is on point and ON TIME."

"If I could give less than one star I would. They are a rip-off. They overcharged me almost $30. As well as they did not do a complete job. My nails are falling off within 3 days. And they did not cut my cuticles, or give me a hand massage to soften my skin. They were Rush rush. Unfortunately that is not the worst part of the review I have. They made a mistake and did not start to do a full set on my aunt, they just started painting her nails. So they charged her for that service end of the one she actually wanted. And even though they were tipped, and pay partially in cash, they still took the extra money out of the credit card after already being paid."

"Wonderful fabulous. Finally I got my pedicure done after 3 months due to COVID-19. Polin is super making us feel fabulously."
