"The own at lovely nail is so disrespectful, and rude. The treatment for minorities is so different. I called and scheduled an appointment with a specific tech, as the person is in the salon she said she doesn’t work on Wednesdays. My daughter stop going to her many years ago for those reasons."
"I have been coming to the salon for a year and a half consistently every 2 1/2 weeks to do my nails. I just called to make an appointment and was told that the technician I usually go to is out for one month on vacation. I asked if I can then schedule an appointment with the owner who I was on the phone with and she refused to take me. As a reference I get a basic gel manicure with white nail polish every time I come. I will not be returning here considering I have been a loyal customer for over a year and now refused service."
