"Placed an line order Time said it would be completed aroudn 3:05pm... I arrive promptly on time. Was number 31. instead of working on my order they worked on orders that were coming I after my order. 3:45 before I got my very simple order. Asked for a status on the order twice. and was told to "stand over thre and it will be ready shortly" I'm very disappointed. usually service pretty good. but this time not so much. To add on to this unpleasant wait time, the actual order was sitting ready just out of reach."

"Worst Burger King ever. This location is terrible they never get your order right when you go through the drive thru. You pay for your items to be specific and it never happens. Ordered 5 double cheeseburgers and get single burgers order spicy sandwiches with extra spicy sauce and get absolutely no sauce whatsoever. Its terrible not sure if the employees taking the orders even understand English cause this is a regular thing for this location. Rather drive further distance to another location where i know I'll get what I order correctly. BEWARE BK Dorchester Ave SUCKS!"

"To be honest the visit there today totally sucked. Long line and the system shut down then they're people who are new and training on the cash register which he didn't give me my change or ask if I wanted cheese and didn't get my cups for my sodas for awhile since I usually give them the chance to notice if they did everything right this guy was oblivious and it felt just super tense and awkward just now it was around 6ish tonight."

"Very slow service. It takes you FOREVER to get your order in drive through. After we paid, It took us 40min to receive the food. Not to mention that there were mistakes in the items we ordered. Furthermore, the person took the orders in drive through was like speaking from the bottom of a well! She didn’t hear what we say, constantly breaking and we barely heard her! Y’all better fix your drive through microphones first."

"I just left Burger King here on beautiful nice Dorchester Ave with a horrible, nasty experience! I walked in at 6:03, I have an MBTA yellow construction coat on, as soon as I walked in the lady in front asked me if I parking in the empty lot here, I said yes, she immediately started to scream, not yell, but scream at me that I need to park across the street or someone else that this parking is for customers only (I know,I see the irony). I was speechless? I guess there’s construction across the street so instead of asking she assumed and started screaming at me and this went on for a few minutes, with an agitated voice she said sorry but people park here that aren’t customers!! She continued to be nasty, she interrupted me asking for a real apology by saying “just tell me what you want” Last of all, the construction doesn’t even open the gates until 7 (an hour later) to construction due to city ordinance, can we get back to having nice people work counters, or people that are friendly and not hired just to be hired, customer service here has gone way down the last several years, avoid if you can, always long slow lines as well She should not lose her job, but she should not be dealing with customers as this isn’t my first negative interaction with her as she doesn’t know what issues I have to deal with personally Had to write an update, since this issue, and another, it’d been great. Look forward to going in the morning, the same person actually makes my morning better now!"
