"I'm only giving it an extra star because the pizza does taste ok, but they don't seem to follow instructions. I put NO CHEESE and NO OREGANO on my thin crust pizza. I know, weird, but that's what I wanted so I could enjoy "pizza" even with intolerance. I got home and it had both. I understand no cheese is weird, but if you think something was a mistake just call the customer and don't assume I want cheese. The Domino's app now asks "are you sure you want no cheese" and I marked yes. I hate oregano. The other pizza was made fine mostly, it was a pizza that had cheese, but both pizzas were barely cut."
"I bought 3 large pizzas. The order was made wrong the first time. I had to wait again to remake the order and it was made with bad quality…"
"I do carry out at all times so I can speak for that: food is fresh and on time, good atmosphere , space to eat inside. One time the card payment system crashed but the manager didn’t demand me to withdraw cash and bring it and gave the pizza for free before it gets cold. Staff is also friendly."
"Worst Domino's ever. They mess up alot of orders. I usually order steak sandwich with extra steak. When my order arrives there's not enough steak, onions or peppers for regular steak sandwich. This has been happening for while now. So no I do not recommend this Domino's located in Malden on Eastern Ave. The only reason I still order from there cause they are closes for delivery. If it happens again I'm coming in for refund and driving to the next city over to make my order. This must of happened at least 5-6 times that I can remember. I ate half of the sandwich which was mostly cheese only cause I purchased my order near closing time. Worst experience ever!!! Ripped off!!! I got grilled cheese sandwich not a steak sandwich. Will be driving down to Domino's for real steak sandwich or refund. Now time to smoke. I'm out"
