"The quality of this place has always been questionable, but this is the last time I will be going. I got a full set of acrylics which came out looking not great. The nails were crooked, the paint didn’t even cover the full nail, and the acrylics were way too thick. The day after, one of the nails popped clean off, so I went back and asked them to fix it only for them to make the new nail WAY shorter than the other nails. They look poorly done, so much so where the staff was laughing about it right in front of me. My middle finger is the one they fixed (if you can’t already tell). Most of the people I’ve asked about this nail place share a similar bad experience."

"Went in for a dip and pedicure. They started my dip while i was getting my pedicure (which is fine since it was late in the day) however the lady doing my fingernails made me shut the massager off on my chair right after I sat down and turned it on. She said it would get in the way of her working on my fingernails. I didnt even get to enjoy the pedicure portion as she sat next to me working on my fingernails the entire time. She kept buffing and using the drill tool up to my skin past my cuticles. It was painful, and I enjoyed approximately 3 minutes total of my pedicure while my fingernails were being done at the same time. I felt rushed and had to sit awkwardly throughout the entire service. The pedicure itself, they lotioned my legs for maybe a minute and everything was rushed and not relaxing at all. I felt like the whole time I was hurried and rushed out. Worst pedicure I have ever had in my entire life. They didnt put any lotion on my hands, basically they put the the top coat on my fingernails and they immediately got up and said "Ok you are done!". I never spoke a word the whole service. I still tipped well as I always do and didnt complain as I have a hard time speaking up when unsatisfied. Worst experience ever, especially being my first time getting my nails done in 2 years. For context, I had booked this appointment the day prior, and it was not a last minute appointment. Terrible service. Felt hurried, and at no point was it relaxing at all."
