"My mom, 2 sisters and I have been coming to Beauty for over 10 years at this point. I even had my wedding party come to get their nails done before the big day. Today it had been a long while since I’ve been in and Kim still remembered me and asked how they were doing and if they’d be coming in too. We’ve always been happy with the results and the staff has remained the same for a very long time. You won’t be disappointed here. I figured it was high time to write a review!!"

"Rose is the best (tall with blonde hair)! She is so meticulous but also very gentle. Her gel manicures last indefinitely, I literally go back to get them done for new color and because my nails grow out."

"Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I came for a mani pedi and didn’t do the mani because of how bad the pedicure was. He cut my skin in several spots and my toes were burning the rest of the pedicure. I wanted them square and he made each nail a different round shape. And left nail polish on the sides of the nails. Do not go here! I went back to the salon right after the pedicure and told the manager KIM that I need a refund because my toes looked horrible and are literally burning and her response was: “just a little pain and you want your money back?” And she refused to refund me. I have never been in pain after a pedicure but I guess it has to be severe pain for Kim to do anything about it. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced."

"The nails they put on were too big for her fingers, he never asked what length and just cut them , too short. They switched her color and didn’t do the accent nail even though we had the polish picked for it. He used the buffer and scratched off her polish on her ring fingers and hastily added a silver coat of regular polish that ended up being lumpy and sloppy. The rest of her polish was sloppy too, missed spots. Just a horrible experience. Had them removed the next morning at another salon and got a perfect set of nails. Beware of this place, it can be rushed and shabby."
