"I can’t make this story up I call up for delivery ribs and chicken that comes with 2 sides $30 but I wanted onion rings which means I can only get 1 side because they are made fresh I received my order with all my onion rings being burnt I call and the clerk states I knew you were going to call about the onion rings So I ask why would you send them, she states the owner cooked them and sent them I then speak to him and he tells me there was no time to make new order next time you get free order of onion rings This is what you get for $30 from the owner of Billy’s Texas Barbecue No refund nothing but next time There will be no next time and you should never eat there too"

"The OWNER sent out burnt food and had the audacity to tell me I live too far for them to do anything about it... Are we kidding? I spend good money with them all the time and I'm just flabbergasted at this poor customer service."

They even let me pay the next day when I forgot my wallet so that shows they appreciate their loyal customers. The owner Billy is the nicest guy as are all the employees there.
