"I love going to Bruce’s. I’ve been going for about 2 years now and am always happy with how my nails turn out. I have very brittle nails and used to be able to keep them long but that eventually became impossible. Now my nails always look amazing! My husband comes with me so he can get pedicures while I get manicures. Everyone in the salon knows our names and are always so friendly. They are all very talented people and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Bruce’s salon is so clean and he uses high quality products. I will always recommend Bruce’s Nail Lounge!"

"Same problem as Arianna, uneven nail shape and cuticles weren’t attended to. Called to try and voice my displeasure, but gentleman raised his voice telling me this is how they do nails, and to come back in to fix. Poor quality work and poor customer service. Won’t be back."

"Nice staff and environment, but quality of work was not there. I would go somewhere else if you want a good manicure. The nail shapes aren’t even and don’t match each other (for the pedicure also) and the polish had some chunks in it which made the paint job blotchy (which she just kept going with it without mentioning it or trying to fix it) Not to mention I got TWO cuts on my cuticles. It just shows that they don’t take their time to do a good job."
