"Huge lack of customer service. Went to pick up a gift certificate. Seems simple enough right? I asked for a receipt and that's when it got complicated. They offered a Xmas special where you would receive additional $ for every $ spent however the receipt only lists the purchase value. How is anyone to know the service value when redeeming? The women at the counter was rude and very bothered by my request. What a horrible way to run a business. You won't have a business without customers. Stay away from this place. To say this was a poor experience is a gross understatement."

"I schedule a Classic pedicure with Nicole every four weeks followed by a wash and cut with Ruby. Both women are easy and interesting to talk with and do a wonderful job. Sometimes Nicole does some artwork on my toes, this time it was just a pretty bright coral and a great foot massage. Ruby does a great shampoo with massage and I always love my cut. Her specialty is short hair, and she's a wiz at it!"
