IT'S NAIL

"I recently visited the nail salon, and I found the customer service to be lacking. The nail artist seemed disinterested and didn't engage in conversation or address our questions. This created a less-than-ideal atmosphere. Additionally, I was surprised when asked for a 12-20% tip. While I understand the importance of tipping for good service, it would be helpful if the salon could clarify its tipping policy in a more transparent manner. Overall, I hope these points can contribute to a better experience for future customers."

"I had a wonderful pedicure at It’s Nail. While my nail tech was not chatty, she was very friendly and polite and she did an incredible job. I elected for the $60 Green Tea Spa Pedicure which included a green tea mask, exfoliation, callus treatment, hot stone massage (on the legs and feet), 10 min Thai massage (on the legs and feet), as well as foot mask, lotion, and paraffin wax for the heels. She also did a fantastic job taking care of my toes (my nails were short to start but she evened them out) and painting my nails. The service ended with a surprise 2 min neck and shoulder massage! It was incredibly relaxing and worth every penny."

"This was by far one of the nicest dip and tips and spa pedicures I have ever gotten. I wasn’t rushed. They were gentle yes gave some of the best massages on my legs and hands. Plus ended with a paraffin dip and shoulder massage. Its Nails is spotless and they take pride in cleaning and doing it right. We happened to close the place and saw the pride they take in their workplace. Kevin, Lily and Zoey, and the front desk woman who I didn’t get her name were so lovely. Two of my favorite things was there wasn’t a television on just randomly and the chatter between the employees was either quiet or non existent allowing for a truly relaxing me moment."
